Orders

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number via email.
Please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been processed, we will be happy to make the changes.

In accordance with EU distance selling regulations, you can return unopened items within 14 days.

Usually, the customer bears the return shipping costs unless it is our fault.
